An inspiring night at Ovation: RAW Artist Ottawa

On Friday November 2nd, I was invited to attend one of the most  artistic events in Ottawa held by the independents art organization: RAW, at the Saint Brigid’s Centre for the Arts. The interactive event, called Ovation, featured more than 60 local artists in Music, Fashion, Accessory Design, Visual Art, Film, Makeup and Photography.

As a lover of, not only fashion, but almost every expression of art, the experience was beyond interesting. One of the most special qualities that this event offered was the chance to enjoy all sorts of different creations while being able to interact with the person behind each piece. Getting to know the artists and understanding what encouraged each of them to deliver such breath taking unique pieces of art was the cherry on top.

An inspiring event filled with a welcoming, creative and positive energy flowing on every single corner of the location is a type of place where I enjoy to be. I was thrilled to find so many strong and amazing woman proudly showcasing their art. It was my first time sharing with the Ottawa community of RAW Artist but it definitely won’t be my last.
